Our Story

Farcow Welfare Socity (FWS) NGO came into existence in the year 2019 with the vision to impact the life of deprived people by empowering them with the useful knowledge to lead a independent & happy life. The special focus of FWS is on the welfare of our farmers & cows, women skill development & career guidance to children for a successful career. FWS got its legal status on 14th January 2020 under the Society Registration Act, 1973.

As our vision is long-term & we believe in cooperative approach, we work with people and make them aware about their existence in the society. We do whatever possible for the upliftment of weaker section & impact their life with positive changes. A more challenging & welcoming decade is awaiting us.

Welfare of Farmers & Cows

Farcow is fully committed towards welfare of our farmers & cows. We are working on improving the breeds of our cow to enhance milk production which in turn will increase our farmer income.

Skill Development & Livelihood of Women

We understand the need of women empowerment. Farcow is working on skill development of women & making them self dependent for their livelihood.

Career guidance for students & parent coaching

We believe in decision making by children for their careers. Right career guidance & proper coaching of parents can lead to a successful career & happy life of a child.

Moral building of weaker section

“A body can be weak but not a Mind.” Farcow is working towards moral building of weaker section through motivational workshops, seminars to bring them in mainstream to live a better life.

Aims & objectives

For achieving the vision , Farcow has set the following aims and objectives to achieve-

To empower the people and increase their participation in decision making and community activities.
To promote sustainable development of marginalised communities by ensuring livelihood, skill set up & other socio-development issue.
To create awareness among people about their rights & community activities.
To promote modern agricultural techniques for improving breed of our cows & provide best quality feed ( Pashu Aahaar) to increase productivity of our farmers.
Active participation with our community by Jan Jagran rallies, lectures, seminars, camps on various social, economical & political issues.
