3. Donations and Memberships

3.1 Donation Terms

• All donations made to Farcow Welfare Society are voluntary and non-refundable
• Donations are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961
• Tax exemption certificates (80G) will be issued within 21 working days of donation
• Donors must provide accurate personal information including PAN number for certificate issuance
• Farcow Welfare Society reserves the right to use donations for any of its charitable activities
• Donations cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed

3.2 Membership Benefits

Based on donation amount, members will receive:

• Silver Members (₹500-₹700): One year membership and volunteering opportunities
• Gold Members (₹2,100-₹6,000): Lifetime membership and invitations to welfare activities
• Platinum Members (₹10,000+): Lifetime membership, special guest invitations, platform for expertise sharing, and yearly gifts

3.3 Membership Cards

Membership cards will be dispatched to the address provided during donation within 30 working days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

4. E-commerce Terms

4.1 Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Product Information and Pricing

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4.3 Orders and Purchases

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
• Order confirmation will be sent via email
• Orders are subject to product availability
• In case of product unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or full refund

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location and product
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• You must provide accurate shipping address; we are not liable for deliveries to wrong addresses
• Undelivered packages due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur re-shipping charges

4.5 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or damaged
• Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
• Certain products (perishables, personal care items, custom products) are non-returnable
• Exchange is subject to product availability
• To initiate a return, contact our customer support with order details and reason

4.6 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery
• Cancellation requests must be made through your account or customer support
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days

• We accept online payments through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets

• Payment must be made in full before order processing
• In case of payment failures, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days
• For donations, offline payments can be made through cheque payable to "Farcow Welfare Society"
